Introducing the Ventura Park Model Tiny Home, a stylish and functional retreat measuring 10ft W x 40ft L. This beautifully designed tiny home features a main floor bedroom complete with a built in closet.
The bathroom boasts a corner shower enclosure with a glass door, accompanied by a traditional flush toilet. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring a propane cooktop and oven, a ceramic apron sink with a pull-out faucet, butcherblock veneer countertops, and a 24” fridge. Additional amenities include a microwave hood fan, and lots of cabinet space.
The living room is spacious and the storage staircase is well utilized complete with TV connections and an option for an electric fireplace.
The tiny home includes two lofts, one accessible by stairs and the other by ladder, providing extra space for sleeping or storage.
