With its well-planned layout, the Vashon Edition features a main floor bedroom with generous closet space, two versatile lofts—one with a staircase and the other with a ladder—and a spacious living area that feels both cozy and open.
The L-shaped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with white cabinetry, butcherblock veneer countertops, a ceramic apron sink with a pull-out faucet, and essential appliances like a 24” refrigerator, propane oven and cooktop, and a microwave hood fan.
In the bathroom, you’ll find a 48” x 32” sealed shower enclosure with a glass door, a traditional flush toilet with optional composting toilet hookups, and laundry hookups for added convenience.
Designed for year-round comfort, the Vashon Edition is equipped with a mini-split heating and cooling system, electric wall heaters, and an electric water heater. The exterior features durable LP Smartside Board and Batten siding, a sturdy metal roof with ice shield, and energy-efficient double-pane vinyl windows.
