  • Discovery Form: Complete our comprehensive Discovery Form, giving us deeper insight into your requirements for your Tiny House RV.

  • Layout Matching: Our team will match you with a layout that perfectly aligns with your needs. Once you’re satisfied, we move forward.
  • Financing Application: If financing is needed, it’s time to apply. We can guide you through this process to make it seamless.

Secure and Finalize

  • Financial Readiness: Prepare your finances for the upcoming steps. This is the stage where financing approval matters.
  • Retainer Payment: To lock in your build/completion slot, submit the retainer payment, securing your place in our production schedule.
  • Personalization: Finalize color selections and any other customization details. Once you’re ready, sign the Purchase Agreement

  • THE DAY! – Finally, the time has come for your dream tiny home to become real. We handle the delivery making sure your tiny home arrives safely. Welcome home!
We are very pleased with our Mint tiny home! We got the Orca model and found the buying/building process smooth. Patrick (our sales rep) was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated his prompt communications and felt he and the team handled bumps throughout the process with commitment and care. They were great at accommodating our needs and discussing options with us. We felt supported in making sure the house turned out exactly as we wanted it. The house has arrived and we love it so far, we haven't lived in the home yet but will update our review if needed over time. However, we take our home ownership seriously and have plans in place to make sure we care for the home properly to prevent any issues from developing. Thank you to Patrick, the delivery team (they were miracle workers) and to everyone who helped make our dream home a reality!

Our manufacturing facility is in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We regularly ship all across the USA and Canada!

The manufacturing lead time is 8 weeks. We will do our best to have your RV begin as soon as possible, however this does depend entirely on the amount of Tiny House RVs that we have on the go. We typically are placing order 6-7 months in advance to when the RV will be completed.

Absolutely! We’re thrilled to offer customizations that match your vision. Simply complete our quick Discovery Form and let us know your specific requests in the comments section. Your dream tiny house is just a step away from becoming a reality. Let’s bring your unique ideas to life. 

All of our Tiny House RVs are certified as Recreational Vehicles (RVIA NFPA 1192 and CSA Standard Z240 RV) therefore in most areas they fall under the same category as any other RV when you are looking for a place to park. In this regard, please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to be aware of any bylaws that may effect your location. 

We insulate all our Tiny House RVs using closed cell foam for the walls and roof for the rigidity and R-value, and rigid insulation in the floors. This gives you an R-value of R21. You will still need to add insulated skirting around the trailer chassis, to regulate the temperature shift below the trailer chassis. We often have some recommended upgrades for those living in extreme winter climates. For example we often recommend adding in a propane forced air furnace, or upgrading the mini split to an Arctic mini split (220V) to better withstand the cold climates. See our free Cold Climate/Winter Guide for more detailed information.
